Cancellations, Return and Refund Policy


Elite Security Solutions (“We”, “us”, “our”, or “Elite”) appreciate our customer’s (“you”, “your”) purchase at Elite Security Solutions and also the fact that you enjoy purchasing our products. To make your purchase experience better, we want you to have a good time while researching, evaluating, and purchasing our products, so that you can make an informed choice. As with any purchasing experience, transactions at Elite Security Solutions are also subject to terms and conditions. All our terms and conditions with respect to your purchase, requests for refunds, cancellations and returns are designed in accordance with the Oman Consumer Protection Law (OCPL), as consumer satisfaction is a priority for us. 
At the same time, we also value our commercial interests and expect the same from you and therefore we strongly recommend that you read this policy before making a purchase from our website or Elite Security Solutions in general. By submitting an order or making a purchase at Elite Security Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below and these terms shall be construed as part of the Agreement between you and Elite Security Solutions. 

- All orders (except custom made orders) can be cancelled at any time before the delivery. Orders once shipped can also be cancelled, however if an order is shipped and then cancelled, you shall remain responsible for the cost of shipping. 
- Any custom-made orders that are exclusively made or ordered based on your custom requirements cannot be cancelled once a Purchase Order is finalized and with full or advance payment is received. 
- All cancellation requests must be communicated via email at info@essoman.com or via phone at (+96824451202)

- You are vested with all rights under the OCPL to return the orders received. Orders will only eligible for return if a return request is made within seven (7) days from your receipt of the goods. Goods are only eligible for return, if a request for return is made for the following reasons namely; 
o If the goods are not as described: If the products that you receive are not as described, you have the right to return them. For example, if you order a particular camera system and you receive a different one, you have the right to return. 
o If the goods are defective: If the products that you receive are defective, you have the right to return them. For example, if you buy a security system and it doesn't work, you have the right to return it and get a new one. 
o If the goods are not fit for purpose: If the products that you receive are not fit for the purpose that you bought them for, you have the right to return them. For example, if you buy a security system and it can't solve the purpose that you ordered it for, you have the right to return it. 
- Products return should be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. They must also be accompanied by all original documentation. Elite reserves its right to not accept a return request for any product that fails to meet these requirements, or is used or is being returned in a damaged condition. 
- Elite Security Solutions is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
- All return requests must be communicated via email at info@essoman.com or via phone at (+96824451202). 

- Refunds for all cancelled or returned products shall only be processed only if they comply with this policy. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take about thirty (30) days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

We reserve our right to update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, we highly recommend that you stop using this service.
